The Grillroom was a strategic restaurant development by Index Hotels for Fiesta Hotels and Residences, historically hotel restaurants in Accra were purely buffet operations. The Grillroom broke ground as a pure a la carte restaurant as the Fiesta Residences only Restaurant. Even the hotel’s breakfast offering focused on an a la carte menu for hot food with Continental and Traditional breakfasts on a buffet.

A Bar, Lounge and Pool Terrace were incorporated into The Grillroom to complete the Boutique Hotel and Residences food and beverage offering. The lunch and dinner menu focuses on classic grillroom dishes, whereas the lounge and terrace menu presents small plates and light meals. The Grillroom offers an extensive selection of single malt whiskies, once again a first in Ghana, and an impressive wine selection which is also differentiated by a vast number of wines being offered by the glass.

Index Hotels has been strategically involved in the conceptualisation of the restaurant including logo development, menus and all aspects of branding, design & communications. Index continues to oversee menu development, operating procedures and marketing.
