The much awaited refurbishment of our guest rooms and restaurant, The Grillroom, has been completed and we are sure the changes will enhance your stay at Fiesta Residences Boutique Hotel & Serviced Apartments.

With touches of colour and the inclusion of softer blankets and cushions, we have introduced the vibrancy of Ghana into the comfort of your room—providing you with a restful space that will replenish you throughout your stay with us.

The Grillroom underwent edification that honoured its classic design whilst improving its timeless character to complement the consistently manoeuvring menu initiatives that make us a showpiece restaurant. We hope you join us soon to enjoy boutique cultivation of Ghanaian hospitality.

Chef Pieter Malan and his Culinary Creativity

The Grillroom serves a selection of culinary delights carefully created through the talents of our acclaimed Chef Pieter Malan. His devotion to the gastronomic journey of those who dine with him has brought The Grillroom through many seasons of exceptional food and satisfied patrons.

Our new menu is a further adventure that allows you to indulge a variety of cuisines and meal designs, which is why we have decided to launch it in phases. The Tappas menu was introduced on Friday, 15 November, with our Bowls coming into service two weeks later.

Anticipation grows as we await the inclusion of the Grills segment before the Seafood finale, providing you with the opportunity to focus on enjoying everything each section has to offer before trying the next. Beyond our menu, we will also be hosting our annual Thanksgiving buffet lunch on 29 November followed by the Christmas lunch buffet and Boxing Day brunch on 25 and 26 December respectively. Make sure to reserve a table for our events or visit any other day and taste from the new menu.
