Index Hotels strategically reconceptualised this al fresco restaurant, to include an interior bistro with a large fireplace, converting a seasonal restaurant into a desirable location for hotel guests and locals 365 days a year. Logo development, menus and all aspects of branding, design and communications were included in the Index’s scope of work. Additionally the review of service standards, training, marketing, media & PR support fell to Index Hotels.
