Index Hotels has been involved with Fiesta Residences from the design and development phase and subsequently strategically involved in the positioning and management of the boutique hotel and fully serviced apartments. The concept of a multi-use property consisting of a boutique hotel and serviced apartments was the first of its kind in Accra and has set the tone for numerous other developments in the city.

The concept includes The Grillroom (an elegant dining a la carte restaurant), The Grillroom Bar & Lounge, Poolside Terrace and Lurra Spa. The target market of the hotel is the international business traveller who is looking for a short or extended stay hotel offering them a place to base themselves while in West Africa and thus offers a suite of ancillary services including meeting spaces, shuttle services, laundry etc. Index also oversees the branding, marketing, sales, and revenue optimisation of Fiesta Residence.

Our revenue optimization strategy included the implementation of best-in-their-class systems from point of sales, property management, CRS, RMS, and guest management systems.
